You can order from our secure website, 24/7.
First you can search for the item you are looking for either by entering the item name in the search box, or searching by brand or type.
Once you get to the Product Details page, you can add the item/s to your shopping cart, and then checkout.
This will take you to the login page. If you have bought from us before, simply login to your account by using your email and password. If not, click "New Customer" and fill in all the required fields.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover).
Once you have placed and finished paying for your order, you will be given an order number and an email confirmation will be sent to the address given.

Shipping

Please Note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Overnight air shipping is not available for Sunday delivery. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.
The standard shipping method is UPS Ground.
If the shipping address is a P O Box or APO/AE it will be sent by USPS
We have 4 modes of shipping for orders whose shipping destination is within the Continental US:

Standard Ground Shipping-$9 + $5 for each additional item (2 to 6 business days) Orders must be received by 3 PM EST (in stock items only)

2 Day Air Shipping- $25 + $5 for each additional item (2 business days) Orders must be received by 3 PM EST (in stock items only)

Next Day Air Shipping- $35 + $5 for each additional item (next business day) Orders must be received by 3 PM EST (in stock items only)

Saturday Delivery Shipping - $45 + $10 for each additional item Orders must be received by 2 PM EST Friday (in stock items only)

For shipments to HI, AK and PR select 2 Day Air shipping since there is no Ground service available in these states. All shipping days are business days and do not include holidays and weekends.

International Shipping (for all destinations outside the US)- $40 + $10 for each additional item (by International Mail)

NOTE: Insurance is optional at $5 per shipment.

 

Shipping And Title

The purchaser pays freight and shipping. ReplaceMaster.com will arrange to ship products to you at an address you designate. Title to and risk of loss of the products passes to you when ReplaceMaster.com delivers them to the shipper, as allowed under item 2303 of the Uniform Commercial Code and corresponding state laws. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for promptly advising ReplaceMaster.com of any loss and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss during transit.
